A beautifully presented set of vintage gaming tokens housed in a burr wood veneer box. The swirling grain of the burr veneer gives the box a rich, tactile character, typical of mid-century game sets designed to be treasured and displayed rather than hidden away.

Inside, four neatly arranged rows hold coloured gaming tokens, each 3.2 cm in diameter. The combination of red, yellow, green and deep blue brings a satisfying, graphic quality to the interior — a reminder of the elegance and ritual of traditional games.
