Returns & Exchanges

Vintage items for online orders:
There are no refunds, returns or exchanges for vintage items. Each piece is unique, and vintage items have some form of age-related wear. If you have received a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos and clear descriptions of the damage, including the damage of the exterior packaging.

New items for online orders:

All returns and exchanges can only be done in-store within 14 days of receipt.

If you wish to do an exchange, you may exchange the item for another item of the same value or higher. Products can only be returned or exchanged if they are unused and in their original packaging or wrapping.

There’s no returns or exchanges for framed art, art frames and items on sale.

For overseas orders, shipping fees incurred for returning any items’ are non-refundable and must be trackable. International shipping fees apply accordingly for all exchange items shipped out of the United Kingdom. We are unable to process any refunds, returns or exchanges after 14 days of receipt or if the items’ show any signs of wear, misuse or damage for overseas orders.
