A fantastic pair of Amanta armchairs designed by Mario Bellini for B&B Italia in the 1970s.

The Amanta is one of Bellini’s most recognisable lounge chair designs, with a low, sculptural form and generous proportions. The chairs have a relaxed, almost modular feel, but the shape is still very architectural and considered.

This pair is currently awaiting full restoration. The frames are in excellent condition, but the existing upholstery will be completely stripped away before the chairs are fully reupholstered in our workshop using new fire-retardant materials where required.

We have included reference images to show how beautiful these chairs can look once restored.

The price includes your choice of fabric from our mid-range collections. Premium fabrics, including bouclé, and leather are available at an additional cost.

If you are interested in the chairs before restoration is complete, please get in touch. Choosing them at this stage gives you the opportunity to select the upholstery yourself.
