A tall, refined table lamp with a distinctly Japanese-inspired aesthetic, dating from the late 1980s. The square columnar form is wrapped in a fine wood veneer, its warm tone contrasting beautifully with the pierced chrysanthemum motifs cut into two sides. When lit, the internal fabric shade casts a soft glow through the flower forms, creating a gentle, atmospheric light.
