Harvey Guzzini “Fiona” Table Lamp – Italy, 1970s

A sculptural mid-century table lamp by Harvey Guzzini, one of Italy’s most innovative lighting manufacturers of the 1960s and 70s. The Fiona model is one of their most recognisable designs: a futuristic, half-dome shade that appears to float over a gently curving base, casting a soft, diffused light.

This example is made in Guzzini’s signature acrylic with a warm, cloud-white tone. When lit, the dome glows evenly, creating a calm, atmospheric light that works beautifully on a sideboard, desk or bedside. The chrome accent at the back adds a clean, modernist line typical of Guzzini’s space-age aesthetic.

About Harvey Guzzini

Founded in 1958 in Recanati, Italy, Harvey Guzzini (later iGuzzini) became known for its pioneering use of moulded acrylic. The Guzzini brothers collaborated with leading Italian designers to produce lamps that felt light, futuristic and optimistically modern. Their pieces - including models like the Clan, Toledo, and this Fiona lamp - are now icons of 1970s Italian design.
