Kundalini ‘E.T.A’ Floor Lamp by Guglielmo Berchicci, Italy, 1996.
Fully PAT tested with new chord, UK plug and dimmer switch.
Designed by Guglielmo Berchicci for Kundalini, the E.T.A. floor lamp is a sculptural piece that feels both futuristic and organic. Made from hand-moulded fibreglass, its soft, cocoon-like form diffuses light from three internal sources, casting a warm, ambient glow.
This is one of those pieces that holds its own, whether used to frame a corner or left to stand alone. The smooth, tactile surface and gentle curves give it real presence without feeling heavy.
Berchicci’s work often explores the meeting point of art and function, and this collaboration with Kundalini, a Milan-based lighting brand known for pushing the boundaries of design, feels like a perfect match. The result is something quietly radical: a lamp that still feels forward-thinking more than 25 years on.
Fibreglass shell with original manufacturer’s label on the base. Fully PAT tested and in working order with new dimmer switch, plug and chord. Minor marks consistent with age, shown in photographs.
