Hans J. Wegner for Carl Hansen - CH110 Oak Desk, 1970 Design (reissued by Carl Hansen)

The CH110 desk was originally designed by Hans J. Wegner in 1970 as part of the CH100 office series, produced in limited numbers during the 1970s and later relaunched by Carl Hansen & Søn to Wegner’s original drawings.

The table we have in store was sourced at auction and is made from solid oak with brushed stainless steel legs. It remains in excellent condition, with some scratches to the top from use in our shop. As with all solid wood, the plan would be to sand and refinish the top with Danish oil. The dovetail-jointed drawers have seen very little use and both original keys are present.  The desk retains its original metal Carl Hansen / Hans J. Wegner maker’s plaque to the underside.
