A beautifully sculpted pair of miniature teardrop candle holders designed by Jens Harald Quistgaard for Dansk. Made in polished metal with a mirror-bright chrome finish, each piece has Quistgaard’s unmistakable balance of softness and precision  a gently rounded base tapering to a fine candle opening, designed to hold slender tapers with elegance.

At 6 cm tall, they add a subtle glow to a dining table or sideboard and are perfect for creating a simple, understated centrepiece. This set comes in its original Dansk “Design with Light” box, making it an ideal gift or collectable.

About Jens Quistgaard (1919–2008)

A leading figure of Danish modernism, Quistgaard shaped the visual identity of Dansk from the 1950s onward. Trained as a sculptor and metalworker, he brought a maker’s sensibility to industrial design — favouring tactile forms, honest materials, and pieces that were both useful and sculptural. His work for Dansk defined midcentury Scandinavian tableware, introducing organic silhouettes and modern craftsmanship to homes across Europe and America.
